1922 Peking 1st print Junk surch 2c on 3c, with inverted ovpt variety (Chan 280a), unused with original gum and pencil signature. With BPA and Peter Holcombe certificate.
Given the postage adjustment in Nov 1922, surcharge was conducted on Peking print Junk issues. Inverted overprint was noted on 2c/3c. It is believed that these variety stamps were sold at a Szechuan county post office on 1 July 1924. Only about 10 have survived. It is known as one of the “Four Treasures of the Republic” (民國四珍).

1922年11月，郵政當局調整郵資，並加蓋帆船票改值使用。當中2分蓋3分票出現倒蓋變異，據說於1924年7月1日四川石縣郵局售出，存世僅約十枚。為稱為「民國四珍」之一。
