Transferred to French PO 24 Feb, to arrive at London 1 Apr. Extremely rare incidence of Chinese cds cancelling foreign stamp which might aim at stopping pilliferage therefore fore-runner to the IPO tie-print.
海關日戳蓋銷法國郵票，以防途中郵票被揭，可謂是IPO的前身，因外方不滿，極少見。
