1899 Lungchow (1 Jan) to Hanoi. Printed matter cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 2c (foreign printed matter rate), tied by scarce Lungchow dollar dater (with “JUN” instead of “JAN” variety) in brown. On reverse with another clear strike of the same cds. In combination with Navigation and Commerce issue 5c, tied by Langson (2 Jan) cds. Lungchow is the second rarest dollar dater after Shasi. Existing examples are extremely scarce, not to mention combination mails.

日戳。龍州乃繼沙市後最為稀罕珍貴之大圓戳地名，存世量屈指可數，混貼封更是可遇不可求的
大珍品。
