Coiling Drgaon ovpt POSTAGE DUE 2c + 3x 10c, tied by Peking (30 Dec) oval d.s. Forerunner to the officailly sealed label of paramount importance. 1904.12.27 天津寄北京。欠資封，貼蟠龍2分，銷直隸天津雙圈干支日戳。貼“Form I.10”破損重封標籤，帶郵局職員簽署及12.28北京郵政局橢圓形日戳。另鈐T章，貼蟠龍加蓋欠資票2分 + 3x 1角，銷北京郵政局12.30橢圓形日戳。此標籤為正式發行之重封封條之前身，分別有橫式英文及直式中文兩款。2014.1.13 Interasia Auction拍品號3001。
