After the surrender of Japan, East Mongolia People’s Autonomous Government was founded on 19 Jan 1946. Banknotes were issued in March. However, both the Nationalists and Communists dislike their separatist inclination. Communists led by Ulanfu was successful in convincing them to change cause and embrace regional autonomy instead. On 25 May, it was re-organised as Hsingan Provincial Government, and on 1 May 1947, merged to become Inner Mongolia Autonomous Government. Subsequently, East Mongolia Bank was reorganized as Inner Mongolia Bank.
Year 35 (1946) East Mongolia People’s Autonomous Government 100 Yuan. PMG Choice Fine 15 NET. On 16 Jan 1946, East Mongolia Autonomous Government was founded after the surrender of Japan. 50 Yuan and 100 Yuan banknotes were issued on 15 Mar 1946. To adapt to the Double Tenth Agreement, East Mongolia Autonomous Government was reformed to be Hsingan Provincial Government. This short-lived note was therefore replaced by the banknotes of Hsingan Provincial Government. Scarce Mongolian Liberated Area banknotes. Superb condition for this type.

日本戰敗投降後，1946年1月19日，東蒙古人民自治政府成立，決定建立東蒙銀行，當年3月1日，東蒙銀行正式成立，並於同月發行暫行流通券，1946年3月下旬，烏蘭夫率代表與東蒙古人民自治政府代表在承德協商談判，達成共識，1946年5月26日取消東蒙古人民自治政府，成立興安省政府，1947年5月1日，成立內蒙古自治政府，同年6月1日東蒙銀行改組為內蒙銀行。
民國三十五年（1946）東蒙古人民自治政府暫行流通券百圓，PMG Choice Fine 15 NET 。
1946年1月16日，東蒙古人民自治政府成立並頒布了《東蒙古人民自治政府施政綱領》，決定建立東蒙銀行，3月1日，東蒙銀行正式成立，當月15日開始發行“東蒙古人民自治政府暫行流通券”，面額50元、100元兩種，其中50元券發行400萬元，100元券發行1200萬元，5月26日，取消東蒙古人民自治政府，成立興安省政府，7月20日，興安省政府發出布告“前東蒙古人民自治政府及興安總省名義發行的流通券,茲伴隨政治機構之改革，今後改為以興安省政府名義發行，本流通券為興安省暫行流通券。”，因此“東蒙古人民自治政府暫行流通券”發行流通僅數月，存世寥寥無幾。
