1902 Yunnanfu to Peking via French Indochina. Red band cover, f.w. Coiling Dragon 10c for international rate, tied by Yunnan PO tombstone cancel. Transit Mengtsz (3 Mar), Hokow (11 Mar). According to Lee Chung Ping, combination franking was still required by French Indochina Post after 1902, probably until Oct 1902. Given the inauguration of Yunnanfu Chinese PO on 12 Oct 1901, combination covers of Chinese and French Indochina franking only existed for about one year. One of the three existing examples of domestic mails from Yunnan with combination franking and paying for international rate.

1902年雲南府經法屬印支寄北京。紅條封，貼蟠龍1角合國際郵資，銷雲南郵政局碑形戳。3.3經蒙自，3.11經河口。加貼航海及商貿神像25生丁，銷老街3.12日戳。3.20經河內，3.21經海防。4.8抵北京法局。封剖開以作展示。帶Peter Holcombe簽署。
按李頌平《客郵外史》記載，印支郵局與在華法國客郵局不同，在1902年後仍需混貼。按存世例子推斷應維持至同年十月。另由於雲南省清郵於1901年10月12日開局，故混貼清郵及客郵票之郵件只出於一年時間。此為雲南寄國外，混貼印支票並支付國際郵資之存世三例之一。
